    How it works

How the program runs for an MSP

The four stages are program design, asset build, outreach launch, and lead handover, with the first qualified leads within 5 days of launch. For an MSP, program design begins with the accounts you already manage.

    01

    Program design

Define the two lists: the Microsoft 365 accounts you manage, and the net-new accounts in your ICP, with the Copilot use cases to lead with for each. Set the messaging per role: IT director, finance, and operations.

    02

    Asset build

Write the outreach sequences, landing pages, and supporting content for both lists. Base accounts get a renewal and review angle, and net-new accounts get an introduction to your managed Microsoft 365 service.

    03

    Outreach launch

Run the campaign for both lists across outbound, LinkedIn, email, programmatic, and placements on vettdd.com, our owned channel reaching 400K+ IT decision makers. From day one we run the targeting, the messaging, and the follow-up, and your reps see the first qualified leads within 5 days of launch.

    04

    Lead handover

Hand base leads to the account manager and net-new leads to your new business reps. Each lead names the webinar attendance or content download behind it, where the account sits in its Copilot evaluation, the budget, and the decision timeline. Every lead carries a recommended opening and syncs to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.

    What you receive

Where an MSP's Copilot pipeline comes from

Your reps at a managed service provider (MSP) get qualified leads from two places: your Microsoft 365 base, and net-new accounts. A qualified lead is a verified decision-maker who is evaluating now, delivered with the buying trigger, the stakeholder map, and the intent history.
